What I liked in Mendoza was the "Museo de area fundacional". This is an acheologial museum placed on de site where Mendoza City was founded in 1561, at the very spot where the old Cabildo (Government House in the times of the colony) was built. It holds elements found in different stages of historical investigation run in the area. After Mendoza I headed to the capital where I decided to rent an apartment in buenos aires since I wanted to stay there for at least a month. I was great! Kim
